RETURN POLICY
For all refund issues pertaining to orders made on Feelgenics.com, we encourage you to contact us via email at info@feelgenics.com, immediately upon receipt of the merchandise.
Feelgenics does not handle refunds for purchases made by/at independent retail locations.
If you purchased a Feelgenics product at a retail location, or through a website other than Feelgenics.com, you would need to go directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after they are shipped.
If you purchased product from Feelgenics.com and something is wrong with your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund if we are notified within 48 hours of your product delivery. Refunds are not guaranteed, and no returns will be offered if you have not contacted us within 48 hours of your purchase being delivered. Only unopened products will be eligible for a return, if authorized. If your return is authorized, a restocking fee will apply.
Feelgenics Inc. stands behind the quality of our products. However, the efficacy of a product will not be considered a valid refund, as supplements do affect everyone differently.
If any of our products arrive damaged and are unusable, you must notify us the day of product arrival via email at info@feelgenics.com. Please include your contact information, order number, as well as a picture of the current state of the damaged product.
With a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your damaged or unusable product(s).
Feelgenics Inc. retains the right to deny any refund for any reason. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
