Please note, Feelgenics Inc. will not ship to a P.O. Box. All orders will be shipped via USPS.
Feelgenics Inc. will ship outside the United States, so long as your country’s laws, rules and regulations. However, we cannot be held responsible for custom’s confiscations or lost packages when shipping overseas. All order shipped outside of the US, will be charged a mandatory insurance via shipping carrier.
All international orders must be placed with a sales representative by calling 833.556.8872.
Order processing time typically takes 2-3 business days from cleared payment, in which orders will be shipped within that time frame.
Once shipped please allow 5-7 days for delivery depending on shipping address.
Feelgenics Inc. does not take responsibility of products once they are handed off to the shipping carrier. All lost or damaged products will need to be claimed through the shipping carrier.
